NEKOLIKO, CROATIA
NEKOLIKO is an architectural office based in Zagreb, operating in the current format since autumn 2022. It was founded by Dora Lončarić and Mario Kralj as a continuation of their collaborative work at the BIRO studio. NEKOLIKO also includes Hrvoje Arbanas, Mario Peko, and Lucija Ptiček.
They work across all architectural scales and engage in a wide range of tasks and programs, from public and social infrastructure buildings and the design of public spaces to private investments and interior design. The formation of the office has been marked by participation in public architectural competitions, with several notable results, including: Heinzelova–Vukovarska Kindergarten (1st prize), Trebinje Congress Center (1st prize), Čakovec Science Center (2nd prize), and Omiš Administrative Building (2nd prize).
NEKOLIKO continuously questions the importance and dynamics of teamwork, established patterns and knowledge from formal education, as well as the position of young architects within the profession and society.
