Filip Romić and Krešimir Romić co-run the architectural platform SKUP-A, focused on exploring technologies, processes, and materials. By hybridizing analog and digital systems, they challenge traditional spatial paradigms, open forms, and prototypes that redefine the boundaries of architectural processes. They advocate for open and inclusive models of design and spatial governance. They view architecture as a process that does not impose predefined patterns, but instead allows for error, spontaneity, freedom of choice, and the full maturation of the relationship between users and space. Through research, production, and critical practice, they open new possibilities for shaping and understanding the built environment as a living, fluid, and socially responsible system.
